Certificates are sent digitally by email within 1–3 days after class or once payment has been received from businesses or individuals.

Yes! Our CPR and First Aid training meets Minnesota DHS’s 4-hour licensing requirement for daycare providers. You’ll receive a digital certificate after completing the course.

Classes are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your original class date, one reschedule is allowed. After that, a new class payment will be required. This helps prevent class spots from being repeatedly held or moved. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

For local Rochester-area businesses and organizations, a minimum of 5 participants is required for on-site CPR training.
For locations 30–45 minutes away, a minimum of 7 participants is required and businesses will be charged for at least 7 spots.
For locations 60+ minutes away, a minimum of 10 participants is required and businesses will be charged for at least 10 spots.
